In a recent four-match event, the York wrestling team scored three wins against Lincoln-Way Central (40-28), Crete-Monee (66-18), Plainfield North (36-32) and lost 37-32 to Harlem. Antonio Gutierrez and Josh Mathiasen each went 4-0.

The York girls bowling team defeated Hinsdale South2,842-2,746 in West Suburban Conference action. York moved to 2-0 in conference with the win. The Dukes also won the JV match by a 2,502-2,224 count.
