DeAngelis praised the work of May, Tomaska and Erin Davies. “Katherine, Sarah and Erin are the foundation of this team,” she said. “They have been great leaders and motivators for our young, talented team. They have been very solid all year as our first through third runners.”
DeAngelis feels York is headed in the right direction as conference s the IHSA postseason inches closer. “I believe the girls have been putting in a lot of hard work, dedication and determination into their training and the season,” she said. “I am looking forward to a strong showing from us at all levels at the West Suburban Conference meet to gain momentum moving into the postseason.”
