Pauline Widener nee Durham, an Elmhurst resident for more than 50 years, passed away recently at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late Jack Widener; loving mother of Paul (Geraldine) Widener; grandmother of Sean and Calvin. Pauline was an active member and Past President of the Elmhurst Garden Club for more than 20 years and an elementary school teacher in Berkeley and Northlake. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, March 11, 2017, beginning at 10:30 a.m. at Park Place of Elmhurst, 1050 S. Euclid. Private interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. Jacquelyn D. Berger, nee Lynch, a DePaul University alum and retired kindergarten teacher at Lincoln School in Villa Park, passed away on March 4, 2017, at the age of 91. She was a parishioner of Immaculate Conception Church, Elmhurst. Mrs. Berger is survived by sons, Kevin (Camille) and Terrence (Cynthia) and grandchildren, Kelsey, Kara, Kent and Alex. Elaine Ruth Pezza nee Deckert, of Villa Park, passed away on Feb 23, 2017 in her home at the age of 86. Beloved wife of Lawrence “Lorry” for 66 years. Loving mother of Gary (Mimi) Pezza, Laurene (Tony) Clarke, Lenore (Nick) Nessi, devoted grandmother of Sonny, Angela, Anthony, Timothy, Joseph, Kevin, Nina, Daniel, Jayson Lawrence and Nicholas, great grandmother of Andrew, Anthony, Ellie, Jack, Jackson, Brody Lawrence and John, dear sister in law of Ida Pezza, Joan Pezza and George Pezza.
