Sharon Ann Pike, of Middletown, Ind., passed away Feb. 14, 2022 at the age of 61. She was born July 23, 1960 in Elmhurst to the late Donald and Luella (Haskin) Marron. Sharon was a 1978 graduate of Willowbrook High School, Villa Park. She married Daniel T. Pike on Sept. 24, 1980 and began her career as a parent liaison for DuPage Easter Seals for more than 30 years, retiring in July 2021. Sharon was very involved with her parent groups at Loyola Regional Hospital, the DuPage Interagency Council on Early Education and was also a consultant for the State of Illinois on early intervention and education. She was a member of First Church of Lombard.
Sharon is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Daniel T. Pike; children, Stephanie A. McAllister (Rob), Megan E. McAnany (Mark), Allison M. Pike and Jack T. Pike; grandchildren, Abigail McAllister, Audrey McAllister and Blake McAllister; sisters, Maureen Hoger (Ronald) and Elaine Minniti (John); and brothers, Donald Marron, Bruce Marron (Cathy). A sister, Katie Wherley, preceded her in death.
