The Red and Black Athletic Community Night celebration, held Friday, Aug. 20, at Glenbard East High School, included a parade of the Rams’ fall athletic teams on the school’s stadium track. Members of the girls volleyball program are pictured as they walk in front of the audience during the parade. The girls volleyball team begins its fall season this week. The event also included scrimmages in boys soccer and football, as well as performances from the school’s marching band and color guard. Glenbard East’s football team will kick off its season with an Upstate Eight Conference home game against Larkin on Aug. 27.
