The Villa Park Police Department invites Seniors and Law Enforcement Together (SALT) members and guests to the upcoming quarterly SALT meeting on Wednesday, March 10. The meeting will be held at the Wildwood Community Center, 320 E. Wildwood Ave., Villa Park. A reception that starts at 10:30 a.m. At 11 a.m., there will be a presentation by the department’s new K-9 Officer Matt Rol Vel Rul and his K-9 partner Luke. In addition, the new Villa Park Chief of Police—Mike Rivas—will stop by to introduce himself.
