Federal Defense Industries (FDI) has announced the name the recipients of its annual Outstanding Supplier Awards for 2020.
Among the recipients is CEF Industries in Addison, represented by Deb Dimiceli in the category of “Maintenance, Repairs & Overhaul.”
The awards recognize outstanding performance by suppliers working with FDI to support a special segment of the defense industry. The other award categories are: Aircraft Equipment and Parts, Vehicle Equipment and Parts, and, Electronic Equipment and Components.

They represent the best of the best,” said Philip Ochoa, FDI’s President. “FDI relies on its suppliers for timely accurate shipments of both supplies and repairs, which is a critical factor in assuring mission success to accurately and efficiently supply and support the U.S. military with new equipment, replacement parts, and management of Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul (MRO) programs.”
