Children in the Villa Park Parks and Recreation Department’s preschool and Funtime Junction daycare programs celebrated Halloween at the Iowa Community Center. The children wore their Halloween costumes to the center and assembled for a brief parade on Oct. 31. The parade would have taken place outdoors, but was moved indoors because of inclement weather. Following the parade, the children went to their respective classrooms for treats and Halloween festivities.
