Area police departments recently reported the following arrests and citations. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a conviction, and that suspects are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Persons charged with domestic battery are not named in order to protect the privacy of victims. Juveniles age 17-or-younger are not named.
Addison
June 20
Police said an Addison Police officer responded to the Justice Police Department to transport and process James T. Collins, 53, of Harwood Heights, who had an original warrant out of the Addison Police Department for disorderly conduct at around 7:26 p.m.
Police said Elk Grove Village Police Department transported Stacy M. Parrish, 30, of Addison, to the Addison Police Department to be processed on an original warrant out of the Addison Police Department for criminal damage to property at around 8:50 p.m.
June 17
Chelsea T. Sachell, 26, of Lombard, was charged with disorderly conduct, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and no insurance near Lake and Swift at around 9:41 p.m. Police said Sachell activated a siren, and directed a victim using a megaphone to pull her vehicle over, identifying herself as a police officer.
June 16
Police said an officer responded to the Bellwood Police Department at around 6:53 p.m. to transport and process Vincent Galione Jr., 40, of Addison, who had an original warrant out of the Addison Police Department for criminal damage to property and criminal trespass to a vehicle.
Police said Edilberto Ocampo-Zaragoza, 46, of Wood Dale, had a failure to appear warrant out of the Cook County Sheriff’s Department for DUI at around 9:31 p.m.
June 15
Brian G. Meza, 29, of Woodridge, was charged with DUI and improper lane usage in the 1000 block of S. Westwood Drive at around 4:49 a.m.
June 14
Rafal Bielawiec, 37, of Glendale Heights, was charged with DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and no insurance near Army Trail and Lincoln at around 12:31 p.m.
Police said Ericka S. Perry, 32, of Addison, had an original warrant out of the Addison Police Department for retail theft at around 5:30 p.m.
Police said an officer responded to Lisle Police Department to transport and process a 26-year-old Plainfield man on an original warrant out of the Addison Police Department for domestic battery at around 9:01 a.m.
Villa Park
June 15
Victor M. Fuentes, 34, of Northlake, was charged with being intoxicated while at a railroad station or platform at around 7:23 p.m. Police said Fuentes also was wanted by the DuPage County State’s Attorney for two failure to appear warrants.
June 13
Dominic G. Cesarone, 25, of DeKalb, was charged with unlawful use of medical cannabis inside of a vehicle by the driver and driving while license suspended near Villa and North at around 3:43 p.m.
June 11-June 12
Criminal damage was reported in the 100 block of W. Belden. Police said an unknown suspect forced open the front door, causing damage to the door sometime between 5 p.m. June 11 and 3:28 p.m. June 12. No other damage to the residence and nothing appeared to be missing.
June 11
A 25-year-old Northlake woman was charged with three counts of domestic battery in the 1-100 block of S. Harvard May 24. The original complainant and arrest warrant were issued June 11.
June 9
Tammy L. Conley, 40, of Villa Park, was charged with two counts of DUI and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident in the 100 block of W. Roosevelt at around 12:25 a.m.
Clifford E. Davis Jr., 22, of Willowbrook, was charged with criminal trespass to a vehicle in the 300 block of N. Illinois at around 6:34 a.m.
June 8-June 9
Burglary to a vehicle was reported in the 700 block of W. Sunset. Police said an unknown suspect stole four saws from a vehicle parked unsecured in a driveway sometime between 2 p.m. June 8 and 10 a.m. June 9.
