Bensenville – According to a report issued by the Bensenville Police Department, on Thursday, April 28, officers were dispatched to the 200 blocks of So. Addison St. at about 1:26 p.m. to investigate a single-car accident in which a vehicle hit a tree with power lines down. It’s possible that she might have lost control whilst driving for some reason (e.g. the car just might have skidded). There are driving courses that can help people learn how to cope when something like this happens though, you can visit website here for more information about that. However, the accident might have been caused by someone else’s negligence (although it is not clear how). If this is the case though, then the person injured can hire an attorney to help them. All they have to do is find one close to them, such as these Oklahoma City personal injury attorneys, once they have found an attorney they are just one step closer to getting the compensation that they deserve. However, this is only if the person wasn’t to blame for the accident, and this isn’t something that is clear about this accident on Addison St.
This is just speculation though, as we are unsure how the accident happened, however, it is clear that no other cars were involved. Whilst normally a car accident would involve another party and would likely have an arkansas attorney (or a local lawyer) step in to assist, due to the nature of this incident it is as yet unknown if the family will seek legal advice.
Tianna K. Ramirez, 26, of the 400 block of S. Miner St., was the sole occupant of the vehicle. She was extricated from the car and was treated at the scene for unknown injuries. Right now, there is no need for an auto accident lawyer springfield il to get involved, but the family have not confirmed either way. Police said, Ramirez was transported to the Loyola Hospital emergency room, where she was pronounced dead. No further information was available at press time.
The DuPage County Accident Reconstruction Team (DuCART) is assisting in the investigation of this case. BV16004026
