Genie Urick beams as Ken Bartels, ECCI Chairman of the Board for 2018, presents a plaque to her as she becomes the 27th person to be inducted into the Elmhurst Civic Hall of Fame. Urick is an author, volunteer and producer of cable TV shows like, “Elmhurst Our Kind of Town,” the Elmhurst St. Patrick’s Day Parade and other community events.
