The Elmhurst Branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) will host its annual Used Book Sale from July 11 to 14 at Sandburg Middle School, 345 E. St. Charles Road, Elmhurst.The Preview Sale is from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, July 11. Sale hours are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, July 12; 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, July 13; and, noon to 3 p.m. Sunday, July 14. Admission is free every day except for the Preview Sale when there is a $10 admission charge. As an extra bonus, the club’s popular bag sale will be on Sunday, July 14. Fill a bag full of books for only $10.
The AAUW Elmhurst Area Branch is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization. Proceeds from the sale of books are used to benefit local scholarships and national AAUW research and programs for women and girls. For additional information, contact [email protected] or call 630-832-4677.
