The Lombard Park District’s annual Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 1, attracted a healthy crowd of children and their families. The free event took place at Lombard Common, south of Paradise Bay Water Park. Children didn’t need much time to pick up candy-filled eggs during the hunt, which was divided into four age levels. Two of the young participants (above) were twin sisters (left to right) Jovie and Hannah Turley, who are almost 4 years old. Three members of this year’s Lombard Lilac Court (below) attended the event to greet children and pose for photos.
