ELMHURST 7TH ANNUAL CRAFT BEER FEST DATE ANNOUNCED

The Elmhurst Heritage Foundation (EHF) has announced the 7th Annual Elmhurst Craft Beer Fest will be held September 17, 2022, 1PM to 6PM, on the grounds of the Elmhurst History Museum.

This annual event is held to raise funds for the Elmhurst History Museum, including its family- friendly educational programs and museum exhibits.  Funds are also used for school field trips to the museum and the Churchville One-Room Schoolhouse.

“I alone cannot change the world”, a quote from Mother Teresa begins.  She continued, “but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples.” The Elmhurst Heritage Foundation’s Craft Beer Fest continues to cast stones, creating ripples as the Foundation continues its support of the Elmhurst History Museum.  The 2021 event was record breaking and those “ripples” made last year will help make this year’s event even better.

For the third time, Pints in Elmhurst will be Event Sponsor.  Brewers are being contacted and our dedicated sponsors will again have a chance to support the work of the Foundation on the museum’s behalf.  We once again include seltzers and ciders along with brewers signature craft beers.

Last year, over 1,000 people attended from 72 surrounding communities.  A record number of local businesses supported the Beer Fest including Platinum Sponsors; Lakeside Bank, DiCianni Graphics and Suburban Bank and Compass Real Estate, Kelly Stetler, Real Estate Broker.  Music was provided by Petty Cash as the headliner and they are expected to take the stage again this year.

The Elmhurst Heritage Foundation is committing resources and time to be the event which the community can come together, show our unity, and raise a glass to celebrate our future, while supporting our past.
