The Willowbrook girls volleyball team captured the title at its own eight-team invitational, which took place Sept. 3-4. The Warriors, who won five straight matches at the event, defeated Metea Valley 19-25, 25-17, 25-21 in the championship contest on Sept. 4. That victory gave Willowbrook an overall season record of 7-0. The photo shows the Warriors after their three-game triumph over Metea Valley.
