Memorial service Saturday
Richard J. Brehm, 88, long time resident of Elmhurst, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on March 17, 2020, at the age of 88. He is survived by his loving wife Carol of 62 years; his daughters Margaret (Rich) Leonard and Diane(Bob) Stone; grandchildren Michael J. Brehm, Brian (Andrea) Brehm, Nicholas Sciortino, Leeann (Jacob) Woods, Eric Sciortino, Michelle Sciortino, Katrina and Amanda Brehm; and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Murray and Grace Brehm, and his two sons David Brehm and Michael P. Brehm. Richard is dearly loved and is greatly missed.
A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 17. The service will begin promptly at 1 p.m., followed by visitation with family from 2-4 p.m. at Bethel United Church of Christ, 315 E. St. Charles Rd., in Elmhurst. Information provided by the family.
