Mary Jane Scully, longtime resident of Elmhurst, passed peacefully surrounded by family and friends at the age of 100. She was a Meals on Wheels Volunteer and former employee of Illinois Bell; Mary loved to dance, travel and share a cocktail with friends. Her easygoing personality and “go with the flow” attitude made her a treasure to know. Mary Jane, nee Storms; beloved wife of the late Daniel; loving mother of Georgene (the late Jack Bercier and Jim Leone) Bercier; Gregory Scully, Colleen (Joe Wilfinger) Scully and the late Timothy; cherished grandmother of Jennifer (Michael) Garrigan, Melissa (Greg Modzelewski) Bercier, Ryan Scully Tyson, Nicholas (Charlotte) Scully, Brittany (Donald) Gelsomino, Daniel (Lindsey) Scully and Molly, Peter and Lucas (Erin) Griganavicus; dear great-grandmother of Henry and Hannah Graber, Jack and Casey Weppner, Evelyn and Adelyn Scully and Trey and James Gelsomino; devoted aunt of Joanie Scully Cozzi.
