The City of Elmhurst has been notified by the Union Pacific (UP) Railroad that track repairs at the Haven Road and Arlington Avenue crossing are necessary. The UP has scheduled these track repairs for May 4th through May 14th. During the track repairs, the railroad crossing will be completely closed and a vehicular detour to the east at Poplar Avenue will be posted.
