Edward James Manion, age 93, of Elmhurst, passed away April 24, 2021, at the age of 93. He was a WWII U.S. Navy veteran. He was the Past Commander of the Elmhurst Walter A. Glos Post #2048 V.F.W., member of Elmhurst T.H.B. Post #187 American Legion and worked for 25 years at Oak Meadows Golf Course.
Beloved husband of the late Therese D. Manion nee Thomas; loving father of Bob (Mary) Manion, Nancy (Loren) Ganzer, Joyce (Scott) Forsythe and Leslie Manion; cherished grandfather of Julie (Brad) Arenz, Philip Forsythe, Paul Manion, John Manion, and Jennifer Manion; brother of the late Tom (Rita) Manion and the late Margaret Bladstrum.
