The Villa Park Community Pride Commission recently announced the winners of its 2020 Holiday Decorating Awards. The commission handed out awards in three categories—traditional, colorful and freestyle. Commission chair Leslie Allison-Seei and commission member Tracy Gabriel visited the three winning homeowners to give out the awards. Dan Kufner (left) of the 200 block of South Summit Avenue received the award in the traditional category. He is pictured outside of his home with Gabriel (middle) and Allison-Seei (right). The commission will recognize Kufner and the two other winners during the Villa Park Village Board meeting on Jan. 11.
