Willowbrook’s boys and girls cross country teams competed against West Suburban Gold Conference rival Downers Grove South on Sept 26. The boys and girls races both took place on a 3-mile course on the Downers Grove South campus. The photo shows (left to right) the Willowbrook trio of junior Damian Rocha, senior Nick Leo and senior Tyler King during the opening moments of the boys race. King ran to a first-place finish. He completed the race in a winning time of 16 minutes, 30 seconds.
