Police find underage suspects with phony IDs

On Oct. 17, Santiago Beunza, 18, of Miami, Fla.; Noelle Chong, 19, of Porter Ranch, Calif.; Regan Coxon, 19, of Ada, Mich.; and Allyson Gage, 19, of Sacramento, Calif., were charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor and possession of false identification near S. Berkley and W. St. Charles at around 2:05 a.m. Police said while a reporting officer was on patrol, the officer observed the four suspects on the sidewalk near the above intersection. The reporting officer made contact with the suspects who were all found to be under the age of 21 and had consumed alcohol, according to police. All four suspects were also found to be in possession of fraudulent driver’s licenses with false dates of birth, police said.

Police bust underage party in street

Police said officers responded to an area near E. Marin and S. Chandler at around 8:50 p.m. on Oct. 17 for the report of a group of juveniles who were drinking in the street. The reporting officer made contact with the juvenile suspects who were found to be under the age of 21 and in possession of alcohol. A search of Suspect #1’s backpack yielded several vape devices. Suspect 1 was cited for possession of alternative nicotine product by a person under 21 and possession of alcohol by a minor. Suspect 2 was cited for possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia by a minor. Suspect 3 was cited for possession of alcohol by a minor. Suspect 4 was cited for consumption of alcohol by a minor. All suspects were released to their parents.
