As of 8 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 25, there were 22,339 total cases among DuPage County residents, including 606 deaths. Since Saturday, there were 152 new cases and one death related to COVID-19 of a male in his 60s.

At press time, the DuPage Department of Health reported the following number of COVID-19 cases in our readership communities as follows: Addison 1,601, Bensenville 889, Elmhurst 1,168, Lombard 1,102, Oakbrook Terrace 74, Villa Park 654, Wood Dale 476.

Since March 24, a total of 630
patients have been discharged from Elmhurst Hospital following treatment for confirmed cases of COVID-19.
