As of 11 a.m. on Monday, July 26, there were 10,941 total cases among DuPage County residents, including 507 deaths. Since Sunday, there were 61 new cases and one death of a female in her 90s with COVID-19 reported.

At press time, the DuPage Department of Health reported the following number of COVID-19 cases in our readership communities as follows: Addison 895, Bensenville 590, Elmhurst 498, Lombard 516, Oakbrook Terrace 33, Villa Park 304, Wood Dale 254.
And now for the good news…
Since March 24, 459 patients have been discharged from Elmhurst Hospital following treatment for confirmed cases of COVID-19.
