BARBARA OSTER
Barbara Oster, age 75, of Pell Lake, Wisconsin, died February 28, 2020. She was born in Chicago, on November 4, 1944. The daughter of the late Henry and Helene (Lewandowski) Izdebski.
On July 11, 1970, in Chicago, she was united in marriage to Arthur Oster. During her life she enjoyed collecting Frog collectibles and going on the Sunday road trips.
Barbara is survived by her husband Arthur. Mother of Jennifer Oster and Richard (Katie) Oster. Grandmother to Addie and Sammy.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, March 7, 2020, at 11 a.m. at St. John’s Catholic Church, 701 N. Lake Ave., Twin Lakes, Wisconsin. Visitation will be held on March 6, 2020, from 4-8 p.m. at the Haase-Lockwood Funeral Home, 620 Legion Dr., Twin Lakes. Visitation also at church on Saturday from 10:00 until time of service. JAMES M. WILLIAMS
James M. Williams, age 86, U.S. Navy Veteran, of Lombard, died February 28, 2020.
James was the loving husband of 59 years of Sandie, nee Allen; loving father of Paul of Toulon, Illinois. Lisa (Chris) Goebel of Aurora and Melanie of Carpentersville; and fond grandfather of Stephen of Aurora and Catherine of Aurora.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, March 7, 2020, with a Visitation from 11 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 1 p.m. at Brust Funeral Home, 135 S. Main St., Lombard. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
James was born in Toulon, Illinois. He graduated from University of Illinois in 1959 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He had been a Lombard resident since 1960 and had lived on Craig Place since 1967.
James served in the U.S. Navy on the Destroyer U.S.S. Watts as a Radioman. He retired from Motorola in 1998 after 39 years as an engineer.
James loved camping, fishing, hunting and playing bridge.
