Willowbrook High School, like all other K-12 public and private schools in Illinois, is closed this week (March 16-20) and next week (March 23-27) because of the COVID-19 pandemic. All school-related activities and events at Willowbrook have been suspended until further notice. Gov. J.B. Pritzker announced on Friday, March 13, that all K-12 schools in the state would be closed from March 17 until at least March 30. Willowbrook and other area schools have their spring break during the week of March 30 to April 3, so the earliest that students from those schools will return to normal classes is Monday, April 6. Teachers from Willowbrook and Villa Park’s public grade schools will provide online instruction to their students while the school buildings are closed.
