Sept. 5
A complainant in the 300 block of W. Wilson advised at 11:41 a.m. that a window pane was damaged by a BB pellet.

A complainant in the 300 block of E. View advised at 12:34 p.m. that one of her fence posts was damaged.

Marcel Markowski, 19, of Roselle, was charged with criminal damage to property at Extended Stay, 2701 Technology, at 7:55 a.m.
Aug. 27
A complainant near Westmore and Madison advised at 1:22 p.m. that a subject described as a white male threw an object at her windshield causing it to crack.
Domestic battery, domestic incident, disturbance
Sept. 6
An employee at Buffalo Wild Wings, 207 E. Roosevelt, advised at 10:38 p.m. that a customer was following the staff around, yelling and swearing at the staff. The subject left prior to an officer’s arrival.
Sept. 4
A 22-year-old Maywood man was charged with domestic battery in the 500 block of S. Westmore at 1:50 p.m.
An employee at Extended Stay, 260 E. 22nd St., advised at 6:10 p.m. that four subjects were arguing outside. The subjects advised they were arguing about money. One of the subjects was issued a trespass warning; another was evicted from her room. All left the property.

A 29-year-old Lombard woman was charged with a domestic in the 1000 block of S. Westmore at 2:39 a.m.
A complainant in the 300 block of W. Graham advised at 7:29 p.m. that a subject damaged her belongings and wouldn’t return her purse. The complainant later advised that the subject had returned her purse and left the residence.
Sept. 2
A complainant in the 700 block of E. South Broadway advised at 1:54 p.m. that a subject threw her phone into the yard and pushed her to the ground during a verbal argument. The subject advised that the complainant jumped on his back and he shrugged her off, which caused her to fall. The complainant gathered her belongings and left.
Sept. 1
A complainant at Miller’s Ale House, 455 E. Butterfield, advised at 10:43 p.m. that subjects were fighting in the parking lot. The area was checked with no results.
Aug. 28
A complainant near Finley and Foxworth advised at 3 p.m. of a traffic altercation with a subject, who reached into her vehicle in an attempt to strike her in the face. The complainant advised that the subject continued to follow her as she called for assistance.

Philip Pothen, 57, of Lombard, was charged with DUI and failure to signal in the 200 block of S. Westmore at 8:37 a.m.
James Tucci, 47, of Oakbrook Terrace, was charged with DUI near Butterfield and Fairfield at 2:53 a.m.

Thomas Gill, 57, of Lombard, was charged with DUI, DUI drugs, damage to village property, driving too fast for conditions, driving while using an electronic control device, improper lane usage and no insurance in the 1100 block of E. Washington at 5:49 p.m.
Jaime Corral Hernandez, 40, of Chicago, was charged with aggravated DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol, driving while license suspended, improper lane usage and no seat belt near Roosevelt and Garfield at 4:15 p.m.

A complainant in the 900 block of N. Grace advised at 6:03 p.m. that a subject threatened him during a verbal altercation at 10:45 p.m. Sept. 1.

A complainant in the 200 block of W. Roosevelt advised at 12:19 p.m. that a subject was following and harassing him.
Two employees at Paradise Bay, 437 E. St. Charles, advised that a subject had made threatening statements between 11 a.m. and 6:35 p.m. An officer spoke with the subject.
A complainant in the 1300 block of S. Rebecca advised at 11:10 p.m. that they received several calls from a subject who was advised to stop calling.

An employee at Jurgensen Eye Care, 905 W. Main, advised at 8:31 a.m. that subject called again after being asked to stop. A witness advised that she would monitor the subject’s phone calls.
A complainant in the 200 block of N. Ahrens advised at 12:27 p.m. that they received several harassing messages from a subject, who agreed to stop contact with the complainant.

An employee at Ethan Allen, 2350 Fountain Square, advised at 12:03 p.m. that they received four harassing phone calls from a subject.
A complainant in the 300 block of N. Edgewood advised at 2:16 p.m. that a subject is harassing her and a witness on social media. The subject agreed to stop.

A complainant at Target, 60 Yorktown, advised of an altercation with a subject at 10:30 a.m. and was concerned the subject would come to his place of work.
A complainant near Roosevelt and Finley advised at 2:25 p.m. that they received several harassing messages from two subjects, who were both told to stop contact with the complainant.

A parent in the 800 block of Foxworth advised at 4:48 a.m. that a juvenile left the residence and did not return.

James Griggs, 50, of Lombard, was booked on possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license suspended and no insurance near North and Ridge at 5:51 a.m.

Bryan Garcia-Gonzalez, 18, of Evanston, was issued a local ordinance violation for possession of cannabis near Maple and Ahrens at 12:35 a.m.
Adrian Vargas-Herrera, 23, of Berwyn, was charged with possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and improper lighting near 22nd and Meyers at 12:41 a.m.
Suspicious circumstances
Sept. 6
A complainant in the 1100 block of S. Elizabeth advised at 11:03 a.m. that an older male subject on a bike rode past several times. The area was checked with no results.
A complainant near School and Roosevelt advised at 4:38 p.m. that a subject described as a black male approached and gave him $80 to buy cigarettes from CVS. An employee refused the sale and returned the money. The area was checked for the subject with no results.

A complainant in the 300 block of E. Roosevelt advised at 8:52 a.m. that a male subject tried to enter her workplace and followed her while she shopped at Goodwill.
A complainant in the 1-100 block of S. Chase advised at 9:15 a.m. of drug activity at a residence.
Sept. 3
A complainant in the 2200 block of S. Highland advised at 9:04 a.m. that she was speaking with a victim and heard yelling, and the phone went dead. An officer responded to the residence. All subjects were uncooperative and refused assistance.
A complainant near Butterfield and Meyers advised at 12:28 p.m. that a subject described as a black male in a vehicle hit a child. The area was checked for the vehicle with no results.
A complainant at Jewel, 1177 S. Main, advised at 2:04 p.m. that a subject described as a white male took pictures of her vehicle and her children, and advised he would upload the photos to his website. The subject advised that the complainant parked in the fire lane and he posts violators on the site. The subject left the area.

A complainant near Main and Arboretum advised at 7:53 a.m. that a subject in a Honda passed the bus stop several times. The area was checked with no results.
A complainant at the Helen Plum Library, 110 W. Maple, advised at 5:41 p.m. that a subject poured coffee on a vehicle.

A complainant in the 1300 block of S. Finley advised at 11:56 a.m. that she received a call requesting money. An officer was unable to make contact with the caller.

Yasmyne Allen, 19, of West Chicago, was charged with fraud and unlawful possession of credit cards at Glenbard East High School, 1014 S. Main, at 12:22 p.m.
Fraud was reported at Dick’s Sporting Goods, 810 E. Butterfield, at 5:16 p.m. A complainant advised that her debit card information was used for unauthorized purchases.
Theft was reported at Lombard Assisted Living, 300 W. 22nd, at 1:29 p.m. An employee advised that another employee checked out seven hydrocodone pills that were not distributed.

Teresa Villegas, 21, and a juvenile, were charged with retail theft at JC Penney, 175 Yorktown, at 12:17 p.m.

Becky Barontini, 40, of Bolingbrook, was charged with retail theft at Von Maur, 145 Yorktown, at 11:46 a.m.
Anna Cataldo, 31, of Skokie, was charged with retail theft at Von Maur, 145 Yorktown, 6:34 p.m.
Rodney Ellena, 30, of Joliet, was charged with retail theft at Holy Mackerel, 70 Yorktown, at 5:20 p.m.
Theft was reported in the 1-100 block of E. Maple at 10:59 a.m. A complainant advised that a subject left trash items on her property and took her potted plants.

Entering a vehicle was reported in the 1000 block of Foxworth. A complainant advised that items in his vehicle were displaced sometime between 2 p.m. Sept. 2 and 1:52 p.m. Sept. 3. Nothing was missing from the vehicle.
Sept. 2
Retail theft was reported at Target, 60 Yorktown, at 2:47 p.m. An employee advised that a subject took game controllers, concealed them in his jacket and left the store without paying.
Sept. 1
Joselyn Santiago, 21, of Westmont, was charged with retail theft at Target, 60 Yorktown, at 10:05 p.m.
A juvenile was charged with retail theft at Von Maur, 145 Yorktown, at 4:27 p.m., and released on I-bond to a parent.
Retail theft was reported at Forever 21, 300 Yorktown, at 5:20 p.m. An employee advised that five subjects described as black females placed merchandise in bags and fled the store.
Aug. 31-Sept. 1
Burglary was reported in the 200 block of E. View. Two complainants advised that items in the home had been moved and the purse of one of the complainants was missing sometime between 11 p.m. Aug. 31 and 6 a.m. Sept. 1.
Aug. 31
Two incidents of forgery were reported in the 2700 block of S. Highland—one at Jimmy Johns and the other at Pinched Grill between 7:54 and 8:04 p.m., and 7:52 and 8:17 p.m., respectively. In both instances, a subject described as a black female attempted to pay with a counterfeit $100 bill. The subject left the scene.

Two incidents of juvenile retail theft were reported at JC Penney, 175 Yorktown, at 8:18 p.m. and at Von Maur, 145 Yorktown, at 9:04 p.m. Both juveniles were transported to the Lombard Police Department, charged and released on an I-bond to a parent.
Fraud was reported in the 1100 block of S. Main at 8:11 p.m. A complainant advised that his credit card information was used for unauthorized purchases.

Deceptive practice was reported at Dunkin Donuts, 411 E. North, at 11:58 a.m. An employee advised that a male subject had used a stolen credit card to make purchases.
Theft was reported in the 100 block of W. Sunset at 4:04 p.m. A complainant advised that two subjects—one described as a black male and the other described as a black female—took packages off a porch.
Retail theft was reported at Von Maur, 145 Yorktown, at 7:10 p.m. Two employees advised that a male subject had taken a jacket and attempted to leave the store without paying. One of the employees confronted the subject who threw the jacket towards her and fled the store.
Theft was reported in the 500 block of S. Addison at 7 p.m. A complainant advised that at 16-foot moving pod was taken from the driveway.

Robbery was reported at the Westin, 70 Yorktown, at 2:43 a.m. A complainant advised that two subjects described as black males physically restrained him and removed money from his wallet.
Identity theft was reported in the 300 block of Arboretum at 12:15 p.m. A complainant advised that her Social Security number was being used fraudulently.
Theft was reported at Lexington, 2100 S. Finley, at 4:42 p.m. A complainant advised that a cash bag was taken from her room. An employee advised they would conduct an investigation.
Retail theft was reported at 7-Eleven, 401 W. Crescent, at 10:37 p.m. An employee advised that two subjects had taken a pack of cigarettes and fled the store.

Police said Arthur Driver, 62, of Lombard, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant at Embassy Suites, 707 E. Butterfield, at 10:37 p.m.
Sept. 3
Police said Ronald Janis, 46, of Lombard, was taken into custody on three outstanding DuPage County Sheriff’s warrants in the 1000 block of S. Apple at 3:51 p.m.
Sept. 2
Police said Danielle Williams, 28, of Harvey, was taken into custody on a Lombard Police Department original complaint for retail theft.
Sept. 1
Police said Asa Christian, 34, of Chicago, was taken into custody on a DeKalb County Sheriff’s warrant near Roosevelt and Church at 9:15 p.m.
Police said Frank Gilio, 50, of Lombard, was taken into custody on an Illinois Department of Corrections warrant near McGuire and Elizabeth at 5:32 p.m.

Police said Michael Doody, 63, of Lombard, was taken into custody on a DuPage County Sheriff’s warrant near 22nd and Meyers at 3:17 p.m.

Police said a juvenile was transported to the Lombard Police Department, booked on a warrant, and transferred to the Kane County Youth Detention center.

Christine F. Agostinelli, 48, of Delray Beach, Fla., was charged with theft, identity theft and forgery in the 1-100 block of E. St. Charles on June 18. The original complaint and arrest warrant were issued on Sept. 1.
Matias Villa, 52, of Villa Park, was charged with DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol and no insurance in the 100 block of W. North at 5:33 p.m.
A 31-year-old Villa Park man was charged with two counts of domestic battery in the 1500 block of S. Ardmore at 7:41 p.m.

Nita M. King, 40, of Chicago, was charged with retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia at Walmart at 8:03 p.m.

Criminal damage was reported in the 400 block of S. Harvard. Police said an unknown suspect sliced two rear tires of a vehicle parked in a driveway sometime between 8:30 p.m. Aug. 29 and 7:30 a.m. Aug. 30.

Jason H. McElhone, 46, of Bartlett, was charged with DUI in the 100 block of W. Home at 3:58 p.m.
A 45-year-old Melrose Park man was charged with two counts of domestic battery on Aug. 27. The original complaint and arrest warrant were issued on Aug. 29.
Aug. 28
Criminal damage was reported in the 600 block of N. Bierman at 12:10 p.m. Police said an unknown suspect damaged the cap of a fence post.

Brenda Villa-Barajas, 23, of Cicero, was charged with two counts of DUI, driving an unsafe vehicle, failure to signal and no insurance near Route 83 and North at 4:44 p.m.
Agne Brazinskas, 32, of Pa-los Park, was charged with retail theft at Target at 2:25 p.m.
Aug. 21
Theft was reported at Walmart at 9:38 a.m. Police said an unknown suspect stole $60 cash which was inadvertently left at a self-checkout register by the previous customer.
July 9-July 24
Theft was reported between 12:01 a.m. July 9 and 11:59 a.m. July 24. Police said an unknown suspect stole the license plate sticker from a vehicle while it was parked unoccupied in the train lot.
