The IC Catholic Prep girls soccer team is headed to a Class 1A supersectional after winning its own IC Catholic Prep sectional.
The Knights defeated F.W. Parker 3-0 in the sectional semifinals and then defeated Chicago Holy Trinity 7-0 to win the sectional title.
The Knights played North Shore Country Day Tuesday at Concordia University in River Forest for a chance to go to the Class 1A state finals that start Friday at North Central College in Naperville.
