Aug. 17, 12:13 p.m. in the 100 block of S. York St., a complainant reported that her vehicle was stolen while she was in the gas station making a purchase. Her stolen vehicle was tracked and recovered in Chicago and the suspect was arrested by Chicago Police Department. BV17008712
Aug. 16, 4:44 p.m. in the 600 block of E. George St., a complainant reported she is receiving death threats via telephone from a known suspect. This case is under investigation. BV17008720
Aug. 16, 1:47 a.m. in the 1-100 block of E. Green St., officers responded to a burglary alarm and found the front door of the business was shattered. Three unknown suspects stole cash and several cartons of cigarettes. This case is under investigation. BV17008698

Aug. 12, 10:42 a.m. in the 300 block of E. Green St., in an attempt to remove a stray dog from a vehicle, a Bensenville police officer was bitten. The officer was treated at a local clinic. BV17008567
Aug. 12, 3:19 p.m. in the 100 block of S. York Road, a complainant reported an unknown suspect was unsuccessful in attempting to make a purchase with a fraudulent $100 bill. This case is under investigation. BV17008575
