Nearly 70 student-athletes earn all-academic honors.

IC Catholic Prep had 13 student-athletes earn all-Metro Suburban Conference Blue Division honors for the spring season.
In girls’ soccer, seniors Tessa Langan and Tess Reardon, junior Grace Fuller and sophomore Olivia Hurt were named to the all-conference team. Those four helped the Knights reach the state semifinals.
Senior Trey Morris and junior CJ West earned all-conference honors in baseball.
Senior Jordan Rowell along with juniors Kris Askew and Tim McCann earned all-conference honors in boys’ track. Sophomore Jaida Smith earned all-conference accolades in girls’ track.
Senior Kaitlyn Falduto, junior Josie Lytton and sophomore Kayla Faber-Cournane were all-conference selection in softball. Those three helped the Knights reach the final eight teams in Class 2A.
The Knights also had a plethora of student-athletes earn all-Metro Suburban Conference academic honors for the spring season.
That list of academic honorees includes seniors Madison Cairns (bass fishing), Luke Calles (boys’ track and field), Alfonso Cepeda (baseball), Giana Curran (girls’ soccer), John Czyzycki (boys’ lacrosse), Demitra Del Fiacco (girls’ soccer), Molly Fahey (softball), Falduto (softball), Kaitlyn Grady (girls’ soccer), Katie Hendricks (girls’ soccer), John Hoffman (baseball), Jim Kenneally (boys’ lacrosse), Langan (girls’ soccer), Deidre Lee (girls’ track), Liz Maloney (girls’ soccer), Martha Mayora (bass fishing), Morris (baseball), Anna Angelica Natividad (girls’ track), Reardon (girls’ soccer), Troy Simonides (boys’ lacrosse), Matt Sutton (baseball) and Robert Vitek (boys’ lacrosse).
Juniors on the all-academic list include Amelia Aguilar (bass fishing), Quinn Bigane (boys’ lacrosse), Jared Bon (boys’ track), Victor Cadaoas (boys’ track), Joshua De La Cruz (boys’ track), Jacob Dewitte (baseball), Andrew Falduto (baseball), John Fowler (boys’ lacrosse), Anna Gendusa (girls’ track), Casey Kristie (track), Josephine Lytton (softball), McMann (boys’ track), Charlie O’Brien (boys’ lacrosse), Dylan Packer (baseball), Grace Radoha (bass fishing), Luke Ricobene (boys’ track), John Schreiber (boys’ lacrosse), John Shannon (boys’ track), Alec Vasquez (boys’ lacrosse), Hannah Wagner (softball) and Sophie Zanoni (girls’ soccer).
Sophomores on the academic list include Roberto Calles (boys’ track), Faber-Cournane (softball), Hurt (girls’ soccer), Ryan Kenneally (boys’ lacrosse), Ryan Malek (baseball and bass fishing), Susan Maloney (girls’ soccer), Natalie Murillo (softball), Kelly Murray (girls’ soccer) and Christa Prado (girls’ soccer).
