Area Police Departments recently reported the following arrests and citations. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a conviction, and that subjects are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles age 17-or-younger are not named.
Addison
April 23
• Abraham Ibarra, 57, of Addison, was charged with DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road and no insurance in the 200 block of W. Fullerton Ave. at around 9:28 p.m.
• A 46-year-old Addison man was charged with domestic battery in the 200 block of Michael Lane at around 10:31 p.m. Police said the suspect struck three victims with a belt.
April 22
• Victor M. Pasillas, 29, of Addison, was charged with DUI, speeding and illegal transportation of open alcohol by the driver in the 100 block of W. Lake St. at around 1;25 a.m.
• Brandon J. Rosales, 28, of Elmhurst, was charged with DUI near Route 83 and Lake at around 12:20 a.m.
• Police said Connor E. Walter, 20, of Lombard, had an original warrant out of the DuPage County Sheriff’s Department for unlawful possession of cannabis.
April 21
• Tremell E. Cluke, 21, of Bellwood, was charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful possession of cannabis in the 600 block of Meadows Blvd. at around 11:12 p.m. Police said Cluke had a handgun on his person without processing a concealed carry license.
• Tessia O. Petrusich, 27, of Joliet, was charged with DUI near Route 83 and Lake at around 10:11 p.m.
• Lidra A. Saucedo, 42, of Addison, was charged with criminal trespass to a vehicle in the 700 block of Craig Place at around 3:24 a.m. Police said Saucedo took a vehicle without permission or authority.
Villa Park
April 22
Martin A. Engel, 43, of Downers Grove, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, driving while license suspended, operating a vehicle when registration suspended for non-insurance and no insurance near Roosevelt and Michigan at around 5:07 p.m.
April 21
• Gina M. Gleason, 43, of Lombard, was charged with two counts of DUI and three counts of improper lane usage near Route 83 and Butterfield at around 1:12 a.m.
• Battery was reported at Lions Park at around 7:15 p.m. Police said an unknown male suspect(s) battered a male juvenile.
April 20
Reynaldo E. Baltazar, 25, of Cicero, was charged with possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and expired registration near Roosevelt and Euclid at around 7:51 p.m.
April 19-April 20
Criminal damage was reported in the 1100 block of N. Villa. Police said that between 7 p.m. April 19 and 6 a.m. April 20, an unknown suspect attempted to gain entry into a trailer parked in the lot. Damage was done to the side access door handle and trim around the door.
April 19
Theft was reported in the 300 block of N. Biermann at around 9:30 a.m. Police said that an unknown suspect stole a purse from the front porch of a residence.
April 18
A male juvenile from Villa Park was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis in the 200 block of W. Vermont at around 9:05 a.m.
April 16-April 17
• A stolen vehicle was reported in the 300 block of E. Central. Police said that between 11:50 a.m. April 16 and 10:15 a.m. April 17, an unknown suspect stole a tan 2007 Toyota Corolla from a parking lot. The victim’s wallet was left in the vehicle at the time the vehicle was stolen. The victim’s credit cards were later used at various locations.
• Criminal damage to a vehicle was reported in the 500 block of N. Westmore. Police said that between 9 p.m. April 16 and 9 a.m. April 17, an unknown suspect scratched the hood of a vehicle parked on the lot.
April 16
• Brandon D. Paul, 23, of Hanover Park, was charged with disorderly conduct in the 300 block of N. Illinois at around 2:29 p.m.
• A 22-year-old Chicago woman was charged with two counts of domestic battery in the 200 block of E. Roosevelt at around 1:55 p.m.
April 9
Robert J. Budner, 74, of Lombard, was charged with disorderly conduct in the 200 block of W. Plymouth at around 10:30 a.m.
