On October 18, 2015 , at 5:30 p.m., the above pictured male subject, driving a car similar to above, a 1992-2000 Chevy Tahoe/GMC Yukon, approached an 11 year-old boy riding a bicycle near the area of Fremont and Ridgeland in Elmhurst. The subject pulled up to the child and told him to “Get in, Get in” four times. The child said that the last two times the subject said to get in, it was more forceful and demanding. The child continued riding his bike and the subject drove east on Fremont and out of the area. The child also thought he heard the subject mention the name Larry, but is unsure what context it was in.
The child described the subject as being either white or hispanic, in his late 20’s to early 30’s, with short dark “buzzed” hair, and unkempt facial hair where the front of the beard went down to the middle of the subject’s throat. The subject was also wearing a white baseball hat with a flat brim. While looking at internet photos the child did say that the above vehicle, a 1992-2000 Chevy Tahoe, looks very much like the vehicle the subject was driving. The child did say that the back of the car had a lot of rust.
