Hops for Humanity made 9th donation to help disabled people.

Growing dreams through charity

Members of the Elmhurst based Hops for Humaniy charitable organization present a check for $10,600 to ‘We Grow Dreams Greenhouse and Garden Center’ at the Red Arrow Tap Room on Monday, Feb. 6. ‘We Grow Dreams’ provides jobs for developmentally disabled people and is based in West Chicago.

“This marks our 9th award since Hops for Humanity began in 2014,” said founder Patrick Sheehan, an Elmhurst attorney and craft beer aficionado. “We have raised more than $90,000, with 100% going to the charities.”
