Villa Park Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 2801 held its annual Memorial Day service on Monday, May 30, at Cortesi Veterans Memorial Park, 318 E. Kenilworth Ave. The brief ceremony ended with Villa Park resident Caitlin O’Connor (below) sounding taps. O’Connor recently finished her junior year at Willowbrook High School.
