Edward-Elmhurst Health launches support group for COVID-19 loss

Over the past year, many people have struggled with grief associated with losing someone to COVID-19.

Beginning the week of March 1, Edward-Elmhurst Health (EEH) will offer a complimentary grief support group for adults who have experienced the loss of a loved one to COVID-19.

The group sessions will be facilitated by members of EEH’s Spiritual Care Services team and will be held virtually using Zoom. To participate, access to an electronic device with audio and video capability is required.

The 90-minute sessions will be held once per week for six weeks. Each group will have a minimum of five people and a maximum of ten.

Session 1 will be held Wednesdays in two time slots, from 9:30 to 11 a.m. (Group A) or from 5:30 to 7 p.m. (Group B), March 3 – April 7.

To join one of these groups, email [email protected] or call (331) 221-0879 with the following information:
