Jean Rohrhoff Kane (nee Martin), passed away peacefully at home in Elmhurst on January 15, 2021 after 95 years of life. Jean was the beloved wife of the late Eugene W. Kane and the late Robert A. Rohrhoff; loving mother of Scott (Lena) Rohrhoff, the late Ann Jensen, Robert (Jan) Rohrhoff, James (Mary) Rohrhoff, and the late Thomas (Rachelle) Rohrhoff; fond stepmother of Mark (Debra) Kane, Michael (Jeanne) Kane, and Maribeth Kane DeLarco; proud grandmother of nine and great-grandmother of 12. Mrs. Kane was an Elmhurst resident since 1984 and served as a member of Immaculate Conception Church, Elmhurst AAUW, Elmhurst Panhellenic, and the Elmhurst Genealogy Forum. Interment at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Northbrook. Memorial contributions may be made to Misericordia at 6300 North Ride Avenue, Chicago, IL 60660.
