While the Independent continues its coverage of the latest statistics in the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic, we have decided to report how many people have been discharged from Elmhurst Hospital – a number we WANT to see get higher every week.
As of May 11, Elmhurst Hospital is currently treating 63 inpatients with confirmed cases of COVID-19. Elmhurst Hospital has had 41 deaths of inpatients with confirmed cases of COVID-19.
Since March 24, 228 patients have been discharged from Elmhurst Hospital following treatment for confirmed cases of COVID-19. That’s up from 181 last week. That’s the number we like to see increase!
