The Illinois Principals Association (IPA) recently named North Elementary School Principal Fred Leinweber as its DuPage Region Elementary Principal of the Year. Leinweber was recognized during the District 45 board meeting at Westmore Elementary School on Dec. 16. Leinweber is currently in his 20th year with District 45. He has been North School’s principal for six years.
