Joseph Leo Biggs, longtime resident of Elmhurst, passed away recently at the age of 61. Joseph was the cherished father of Brandon and Brittany. Caring ex-husband of Karen. Loving boyfriend of Chrissy. Devoted son of James Leo and Marie Biggs. Dear brother of Corrine (late William) Hopkins, John, James (late Karen) and the late Virginia (Tony) Biggs.
