Bertha Clarke, nee Anderson, of Elmhurst, passed away on Sept. 11, 2018, at the age of 100. Mrs. Clarke was born on Jan. 21, 1918. Beloved wife of the late James F.; loving mother of James (Linda), Barbara and Gary (Darcie); cherished grandmother of Donna, Darrin, Christopher, Gary and Jack; proud great grandmother of six; lifelong friend of Miriam Handke. Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 14, at St. Peter’s United Church of Christ, 125 W. Church St., Elmhurst. In lieu of flowers, Memorials will be appreciated for the church.
