The development will be called “The Hill” and will consist of 23 luxury condos at 105 Cottage Hill Ave. The condos will have square footage from 1,352 to 1,968, with a price range of $579,900 to $839,900. Two bedroom units and two bedrooms with a den (or 3rd bedroom) will be available.
