City Centre Holiday Block Party is Sat.
Elmhurst City Centre has plans in the works for a Hometown Holiday Block Party on Saturday, Dec. 16 from 4 – 8 p.m. in the City Centre Plaza. There will be a live band and a dj, free kiddie train rides, and, for the first time, adult beverages will be available for purchase. Santa Claus will arrive, not on a fire truck this year, but on the Explore Elmhurst Holly Trolley which will operate from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. that day. Besides the beverages, everything is free.
