Dr. Mark L. Skowron was elected and installed as President of the Illinois Optometric Association (IOA) on Saturday, Sept. 16 at the Westin Chicago Northwest. The IOA promotes and protects the safety and quality of eye care delivery throughout the state of Illinois. Dr Skowron has served on the board of directors for 17 years and has been providing eye care to the residents of Elmhurst and surrounding areas since 1983.
