Rene Sotos and Alyssa Kontopoulos of the 14U Elmhurst Emeralds softball team competed in the league all-star game at Louisville Slugger Park in Peoria recently. Sotos had two base hits and Kontopoulos won the skills hitting contest. She also hit one over the fence in the home run derby!
