William C. Nemchock, a longtime resident of Elmhurst, passed away recently at the age of 93. Beloved husband of the late Jeanette E. nee Baumann for 68 years; loving father of William G. (Rita), Philip (Becky) and Joan; grandfather of Joseph (Carrie), Deanna and Eric; great grandfather of Dane, Lily and Grant; brother of the late John, Frank and Irene Burns. He was a WWII Air Force Veteran and a member of the Elmhurst T.H.B. Post #187 A.L. Visitation took place at Ahlgrim Funeral Home, 567 S. Spring Rd., Elmhurst on Wednesday, July 5, 2017. Funeral Mass was held Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Visitation Church. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
