Six thefts in seven days at local pharmacy

According to the Elmhurst Police Department, six instances of retail theft were reported between Feb. 15 and Feb. 21 at a pharmacy in the 100 block of W. North.

The first two incidents were reported on Feb. 15. In the first incident, which reportedly occurred at around 9:39 p.m., a victim told police that an unknown suspect described as either a white male or Hispanic male wearing a blue baseball cap, black coat, and blue jeans took Oil of Olay cosmetics and left without paying. Complaints will be signed if the suspect is located.

\In the second incident, which reportedly occurred at around 10:18 p.m., a victim told police that three suspects described as black males took merchandise, consisting of shampoo, make up, deodorant, alcohol and sleep aids, and left without paying. One suspect was wearing a black knit cap, dark jacket and a light T-shirt. The second suspect was wearing a dark coat and dark pants. The third suspect was wearing an orange and blue winter cap, a black and white coat and dark pants. The victim will sign complaints if the offenders are located.

The third incident was reported at around 11:10 p.m. Feb. 17. A victim reports that an unknown suspect described as a black male reportedly took shampoo, Oil of Olay and body wash, and left without paying. The suspect was wearing a black and red baseball cap, a dark jacket and black pants with white stripes on the side. The victim will sign complaints if the offender is located.

Two additional incidents took place on Feb. 18. At around 9:58 p.m., a victim told police that two suspects described as black males took deodorant and shampoo and left without paying. One suspect was wearing a black knit stocking cap, an orange shirt and jeans. The other suspect was wearing a puffy winter goat that is dark green and blue jeans. The victim will sign complaints if the offenders are located.

At around 10:37 p.m., a victim told police that two suspects described as black males allegedly took shampoo and body wash and left without paying. One suspect was wearing a dark winter coat and dark pants. The second suspect had glasses, a red baseball cap and dark winter coat. The victim will sign complaints if the suspects are located.

The other incident reportedly occurred at around 11:23 p.m. Feb. 21. The victim reports that two suspect described as black males reportedly took deodorant and shampoo and left without paying. One suspect had a black and red baseball cap, a dark winter coat and jeans. The second suspect had short hair, a dark winter coat and dark pants. The victim will sign complaints if the offenders are located.
